Rental P&L Manager (the "app") is operated by Narra JAR LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app on the web, Android or iOS, and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from Google.
- Records you enter: properties, units, tenants, rent schedules, income, expenses, mortgage details and notes.
- Receipt photos and files you choose to upload or take with your phone's camera.
- Subscription details: your plan, billing cycle and subscription status. Card payments on the website are processed by Stripe, and phone app purchases by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. We never see or store your full card number.
- Settings such as your language preference.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: storing your records, calculating your reports, showing your plan and handling your subscription. We do not show ads and we do not sell your information.
Who can see your data
Your properties, tenants, transactions and receipts are private to your account. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app (hosting and database, Stripe, Apple, Google and RevenueCat for payments), or when required by law.
Camera access
The app uses your camera only when you choose to take a receipt photo. Photos are uploaded to your account and not used for anything else.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account and its data from Settings inside the app, or by emailing narrajarllc@gmail.com.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
